The Henderson Family Returns to Kudjip
Dearest Family, Friends, Followers, and Supporters ALL!
Rachel and I are very excited to share the Lord has once again opened the door for our family to serve in Papua New Guinea. This three month timeframe (Mar-May 2025) honors our calling to serve as "reverse missionaries" whereby a career Kudjip missionary (usually serving 21 months at a time) can return for their three month Home Assignment in the US while we are providing coverage at Kudjip Station. We like to say returning to PNG is OUR "home assignment!" :-) We go to both support our brother and sister missionaries as well as bring Jesus' Gospel of Love, Healing, and Hope!
For those newer to our Blog, you can scroll across the different tabs at the top to learn about where we serve at Kudjip Nazarene Hospital in the Western Highlands of Papua New Guinea. You are also welcome to scroll back over 120 blog posts from our past four trips to PNG to learn all about living and serving at Kudjip. I will admit recently re-reading the 4/12/23 post "Power in The Word" brought me to tears. We love these people dearly, and God is SO gracious to grant a way for us to return and serve them!
Please partner with us!
- To support the cost of flights & mission trip expenses for Pennie and Solomon (Needed), please click HERE Select “One-Time” Donation, and under “Fund” Select “216-Henderson’s*”
- To support the cost of Ted & Rachel’s flights & mission expenses please click HERE Type & Select “Henderson, Edward” (ID 004699)
Financial contributions to either of our missions accounts are tax-deductible and will support travel and lodging while we serve at Kudjip Nazarene Hospital. Since Samaritan’s Purse does not permit missionary funds to be used for children under age 13, donations to Pennie & Solomon’s travel expenses must go through our church missions account (thank you WEAG!).
What's happened since 2023?!
THANK YOU for partnering with us, and we look forward to once again taking you with us to PNG! Regular updates and pictures will be provided on THIS BLOG. Please have a look around and sign-up to get our posts via e-mail.
All for The Kingdom,
Ted, Rachel, Pennie, & Solomon
Love this family! Gods work through you is awesome.
